As per the Memorandum of Understanding:  BUFA Staffing Criteria Working Group for Professional Services Positions, a Working Group was “established to identify key considerations that support decision-making for BUFA professional services positions… The Working Group will develop criteria that will provide a framework for BUFA staffing requests for professional service positions, for recommendations at the Dean’s/Director’s level, and to support sound decision-making by the Employer.”

The BUFA Staffing Criteria Working Group has drafted the new Professional Staffing Criteria Policy & Procedures, which will be presented to the Joint Administrative Council (JAC) for approval.  The Working Group invites your feedback on this new Policy and Procedures for JAC’s consideration.
