Work Plan and Schedule (updated January 2025)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

July – August 2024 <\/span><\/strong>\u2013 Finalize work plan and initial consultation questions; circulate initial survey and work plan. Survey deadline of September 30.<\/span><\/p>\n

December 2024\u00a0<\/strong>– Committee meetings to discuss survey results.<\/p>\n

January – early February 2025<\/strong> – Produce and circulate revised draft of plan objectives for comments.<\/p>\n

February – early March 2025<\/strong> – Visit Faculty Councils. Determine further data requirements based on those consultations.<\/p>\n

March 2025<\/strong> – meet to discuss consultation results, and produce revised draft of the plan, for feedback by the end of March.<\/p>\n

April<\/strong> 2025<\/strong> – produce a penultimate Draft Plan and circulate for further community feedback\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 discuss final consultation results and finalize plan.<\/p>\n

May 2025<\/strong> – forward plan to Senate for discussion at its June meeting. Senate votes on plan, and if accepted, decides on the date on which the plan becomes operational.<\/p>\n
