Timeline & Consultations
Work Plan and Schedule
July – August 2024 – Finalize work plan and initial consultation questions; circulate initial survey and work plan. Survey deadline of September 30th
October 2024– committee meetings to discuss survey results, visit Faculty Councils and other public consultations, construct second survey, circulate second survey by end of the month. Determine further data requirements based on first survey. Survey deadline of November 30th
December 2024– discuss and collate second survey results. Produce a Draft Interim Plan and circulate for further consultation by beginning of Winter term. Feedback deadline of January 30th.
1st two weeks of February 2025– discuss final consultation results, and finalize plan.
By end of February 2025 – send plan to CAP for discussion and for endorsement to Senate. CAP forwards plan to Senate. Senate votes on plan, and if accepted, decides on the date on which the plan becomes operational.
